An employee of the service or any person engaged in the service in violation of this Act shall be punished with imprisonment for up to ten years or a fine of up to ten thousand rupees or both, depending on the amount of the offence, and if the person who commits such an offense has suffered loss of property, such loss shall be borne by him. The movable and immovable property belonging to your share will be filled by auctioning it. If the amount to be paid as compensation is not more than his property, he will be imprisoned without paying a fine for the remaining amount according to the prevailing law.
